403(b) Retirement Plan Information

By now, you've heard about and likely received information regarding the Grace To Go retirement plan. This page is provided to you by Envoy Financial on behalf of Grace To Go to help you better understand and connect with your 403(b) retirement plan, which is an important tool for helping you prepare for your Future-Funded Service.  On this page, you will find the following sections to help you easily navigate through the process:

Your Human Resources department has already sent your demographic information to Envoy so that we are prepared and able to serve you well.  The next steps in the process are for you to:

  1. Watch the Enrollment Presentations
  2. Complete the Investor Profile and Risk Questionnaire (contained in the Redefine Retirement enrollment book); and
  3. Have your enrollment appointment with an Envoy LifeStage Specialist

An Envoy Financial representative will be contacting you to schedule your telephone enrollment or Envoy Connect appointment.

Retirement Plan Presentations:

The Retirement Plan Presentation provides detailed information about your plan and why your leadership has implemented the plan for the organization.  The Roth Presentation provides in-depth explanation of the new Roth provision and how it can impact your taxes today and in the future.

Retirement Plan Enrollment Book:

Your Redefine Retirement enrollment book contains information about your organization's retirement plan.  (There are also an Investor Profile and a Risk Questionnaire that you will need to complete prior to your enrollment appointment.)  The fund pages provides detailed information about the designated mutual funds available for you in your plan.  The Summary Plan Description provides the full details of your plan in easy-to-understand language.

Asset Management Information:

For some people, the thought of managing their retirement savings investments is too daunting, too time consuming, or too challenging for any number of other reasons.  The Grace To Go retirement plan includes an optional feature called Asset Management.  Under this program, your account is actively and professionally managed by an outside firm to achieve the goals you have determined.  Each of the following brochures (PDF format) provides information on the Asset Management programs available to you in your retirement plan.

Your Telephone Enrollment or Envoy Connect Appointment:

Your retirement plan is an important benefit and tool for you as you prepare for your Future-Funded ServiceTM - the day that the paycheck stops, but the call to service remains.  At Envoy Financial, we are committed to helping you prepare for retirement and assisting you with other financial stewardship needs.

Your telephone enrollment or Envoy Connect appointment with an Envoy LifeStage Specialist will last between twenty and thirty minutes.  During the call you will enroll into the Grace To Go retirement plan or review and update your information.  Please be prepared with the following:

  • Your latest statements from other retirement and savings accounts
  • The name of the person(s) you desire to be your beneficiary; and
  • Any other questions you have
